Angie is on a mission, dedicated to empowering others, fostering teamwork, and championing education around cannabis use. In her exciting journey within the cannabis industry, she’s determined to pave the way for other women to open dispensaries and to elevate Higher Collective Killingly to the town’s top adult-use destination. Her unique cultural blend, rooted in her Filipino and Mexican heritage, enriches her perspective.
With a cosmetology degree, Angie enjoys working with clients at a nail bar and a beauty lounge in New London, which she will continue to do in addition to steering the ship at Higher Collective Killingly.
Outside of her career, Angie’s heart beats for community service and volunteerism. She draws inspiration from her cherished family, including her two children, aged 23 and 20. Angie’s unwavering vision is not just about creating a thriving dispensary but also about cultivating a strong and supportive community, making others feel their best and promising an enriching experience for all no matter where they are in their cannabis journey.

The bud is way to expensive. I usually go to the vault in mass cause it's cheaper and better quality. Never mind I was asked for my ID 3 times. I go to the vault only twice do I have to show my ID. I'll never shop here again.
Hands down, best dispensary experience I have ever had. I was short a few bucks and they hooked me up with a Vet discount... So I could make my order happen! Next time I visit I will be sure to bring a few more bucks for the tip jar The crew on today was more helpful than I could ever imagine. So happy there's one in Killingly now! Keep on being awesome 🫡

I highly recommend going here if you are new to the area, or passing by the area, this shop is worth the stop.They have a wide selection to choose from and even a drive through... this rather desolate community needed Higher Collective here and I sincerely appreciate the recent opening. A new spot in Killingly! The staff is super nice and the spot itself is discreet, fun energy, clean, and very welcoming staff! They’re knowledgeable and love to help find your perfect strain. Definitely coming back!
