How does Higher Collective's loyalty program work?

High Flier members earn points on every purchase at any of Higher Collective's five Connecticut dispensary locations. Points redeem at 1 point = $1 off future purchases, or for Higher Collective branded merchandise. Three tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) unlock faster earning based on annual spend.

How do I earn points at Higher Collective?

Every dollar spent earns points at a rate determined by your tier. Bronze earns 1 point per $20, Silver earns 1 point per $14, Gold earns 1 point per $10 — all calculated on the post-discount basket. Bonus points are available for email signup (10 points), referrals (Give $10, Get $10), and birthdays ($10 Birthday Bonus, email opt-in required).

Do High Flier points expire?

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Any qualifying purchase resets the clock, so as long as you shop at least once a year, your points stay active.

When do High Flier tiers reset?

Tiers reset at the end of every calendar year. Each January is a fresh start — your tier for the new year is based on your spend that year. Bronze is the entry tier; Silver unlocks at $1,000 in annual spend; Gold unlocks at $3,000.

Is High Flier free to join?

Yes. Signup is free and takes about 30 seconds. You can sign up online at highercollective.com/loyalty-sign-up or at any Higher Collective Connecticut location.

What can I redeem High Flier points for?

Points redeem for dollar discounts on future purchases at 1 point = $1 off (5 points = $5 off, 10 points = $10 off, up to 100 points = $100 off). You can also redeem points for Higher Collective branded merchandise — rolling papers + lighter (5 points), t-shirt (10 points), hoodie (20 points), or varsity jacket (100 points).

Can I use High Flier at all Higher Collective stores?

Yes. High Flier works at all five Higher Collective Connecticut locations: Bridgeport, Hamden, Killingly, New London, and Torrington. Points earned at one store redeem at any other.

What's the difference between High Flier and Founders Club?

High Flier is our free points-based loyalty rewards program, open to all customers. Founders Club is a separate promotional tier offering 20% off until $1,000 in savings is reached, available during promotional sign-up periods. The programs are independent — you can be in both.
